A new era begins here for Verdin Property. Over the last few years our company has grown massively, not in terms of staff levels, we are an intimate pairing of just 2, providing a bespoke, personal service. No, we have grown in terms of reputation and image, which is something we are very proud of as our goal is to be the best we can possibly be.
Since we formed 7 years ago we have undergone a few re-brands. Firstly, we moved from the lower end of the market where we cut our teeth in the Costa Del Sol real estate market to what we shall call the middle market. Basically, from sub 250,000€ sales to sales up to the 500,000€ mark. This is the ‘bread and butter’ for most agencies as there is an abundance of stock in areas such as Mijas & Mijas Costa, Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc.
Then, a few years ago, we transitioned into the luxury sector. This part of the market encompasses properties starting at 500,000€ up to 55,000,000€ (the current most expensive property on the coast). Specifically for Verdin Property, we specialize in the 1 to 10 million euro range, with some of our most exclusive listings reaching 30 million euros.
Following the lifting of travel restrictions post Covid-19, the real estate market on the Costa Del Sol began to boom, with the Golden Triangle of Marbella, Benahavis and Estepona areas reaching record sales levels with prices almost as high as pre-2008. Because of this surge in demand for a new life in the sun, with plenty of space, villa sales rocketed and with these being the core part of our sales portfolio, we were receiving website traffic levels previously unseen for our company.
It was then that our Marketing Director, Tyler Verdin, decided to take the company website to the next level and reflect the brand that we have become. Aesthetically pleasing, our website was carefully re-designed with a strong emphasis on ease of use, with a typography and layout that embodies our luxury brand and image. Following months of careful and tireless planning, our new website was launched on January 1st 2023.
