The restaurant was driven from 2008-2011 and accepted into the Michelin Guide in 2009, 2010 and 2011, with the prospects of receiving a Michelin star in 2011 however the family decided to close the restaurant in 2011 to prioritize personal life. The restaurant did achieve respect as one of the best restaurants in Malaga and would surely benefit from an established and loyal client base should a new owner decide to reopen.
