Now for the guided tour: When you enter the main house you will find a huge living room, two kitchens as well as 4 of the luscious bedrooms on the ground floor. But, it’s down in the basement where the fun really starts; let’s call it the entertainment floor. Here you will find the cigar room, a bar, an indoor pool, sauna, cool pool, the theater with its own cinema room, a massage room and a game room. Get involved! The separate guest house at Gratitude is equally impressive in its own right, with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and a charming terrace of its own. It goes without saying the property’s exterior is just as fitting for a residence of this standing. With mature gardens, an enormous pool and well-designed patio with covered areas. Holidays here will feel like you have been to your own private hotel, but one where you get to choose the guests!

Here you are right in the heart of the action, a stone’s throw from the Golden Mile and its prestigious hotels and bars, close to the famed nightclub Olivia Valere. The beach is just a short 7 to 8 minute car ride away too. Still, we won’t blame you if you don’t actually want to leave this palatial residence, those long balmy evenings in summer on the terrace or game nights in the winter can get addictive!
