On the ground floor are 2 en suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with the highest quality appliances, a dining room, a living room, a TV room and a playroom. The kitchen at Villa La Perla really does make cooking a joy, with a shiny marble-topped island, plenty of space and curved windows that look out onto a terrace and garden below. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms, one which has 3 individual beds and an en suite. The master suite is magnificent, with a free-standing bath enjoying views of pretty plants outside.

Nagüeles, pronounced “Nagg well- ez” is a charming leafy quarter of Marbella. This affluent area is set back from the hustle and bustle but sits just above The Golden Mile with its glamorous entertainment and coastline. The Costa Del Sol itself offers 150km of beaches to explore, yes, that’s right, plenty of choice for day trips with a bucket and spade! If sightseeing is more for you, Ronda is a scenic mountain town set above a gorge and has unique charm, only an hour away by car. Another must-see closer to the property is Marbella’s iconic Orange Tree Square where you can sip a juice and watch the world go by then take a walk around the old town.
