What qualities are used in the villas?

All villas in Tierra Viva are built using the very highest qualities and with designs inspired by Lamborghini. A full quality specification can be provided upon request.

The villas come with concrete boundary walls, double glazed windows, cooling and heating system, levelled and graded outdoor spaces, precast concrete pavers on driveway and parking. Each villa features an exquisite pool and beautifully crafted hardscape.

All rooms have marble flooring, plastered walls and gypsum ceiling whilst the kitchens will use stone countertops and built in appliances from Miele or equivalent.
